Easter Sunday

Remember when you were younger? Easter meant getting up really early, trying to beat the Easter Bunny. Looking out your window and seeing colorful eggs hidden in the yard. Running around the house looking where he hid you Easter basket this year. Looking at all the stuff in your Easter basket then going outside to grab all those colorful little eggs. Then running back inside to open them all, count the money, eat the candy, and rounding up all the little treasures inside.

Ah, those were the days.

I've officially been promoted to assistant Easter Bunny now. I get to help fill the eggs and hide them. I still get my own Easter basket though :)
But hey, it's cool being on the other side of it all. Watching my younger siblings scramble for eggs while you know where (for the most part) all of them are. Good times.

So since my Shinedown concert has now come and gone, I've had nothing to count down for. Quite depressing actually. But I enjoy just sitting there and thinking back to that night. Because it was just sooo damn awesome. Anyways, I guess I'll start counting down for the Avengers, because it's GOT to be the best movie of the year coming out. Much anticipated to say the least. Soo, 26 days until the Avengers comes out.

Now I've got something to look forward to. But, "Don't count down the days, make the days count." I saw this earlier today, and I never realized how important it was, and honestly, how strongly I feel about this. There are some days when I just want to go out and do something. What it is, I don't know. But I want to make every second count. I just don't know how.

Perhaps I will figure it out one day.
